Pot throwing ADVANCED Studio Day. Full day using our potters wheels to throw a mug, jug and bowl, add texture, turn bottoms, add handles and use slip and/or glazes to colour.

Lots of POT THROWING in this FULL DAY workshop for those who already have basic pot throwing experience and have, ideally, already completed our POT THROWING EXPERIENCE course.
The first half of the day will be using a potters wheel to throw three items, a mug, jug and bowl. You will then break for lunch and allow the items to dry a bit. On your return you will turn the bottoms, add texture and handles then decorate with coloured slips and/or glazes.
Price includes all the materials you need to produce your pots plus firing of your finished pots.
You will need to wear comfortable shoes and warm, old clothes suitable for working in a pottery studio. Please ensure long hair is tied back, rings, watches and bracelets removed and nails trimmed.
Please bring:
On completion of your course your pots will need to dry before they can be fired, this can take 2-3wks before they are ready for collection.
